Important: Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our gaming slot booking service, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Policy Overview

TapNex Gaming Cafe operates a strict no-refund policy for all gaming slot bookings made through our platform at forge.tapnex.tech.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Why This Policy?

This policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Slot Reservation: When you book a slot, we reserve it exclusively for you, preventing others from booking
  • Resource Allocation: We prepare gaming stations and resources based on confirmed bookings
  • Lost Revenue: Last-minute cancellations result in revenue loss as slots cannot be re-booked
  • Operational Efficiency: This ensures smooth operations and fair access for all users

No Exceptions

We cannot process refunds or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

Late Arrival / No-Show

Failure to arrive on time

Change of Plans

Personal schedule conflicts

Technical Issues

Internet or personal device problems

Third-Party Issues

Friend cancellations or group changes

Book Responsibly

Before confirming your booking, please ensure:

  • You have confirmed your availability for the selected date and time
  • You have reviewed the game, duration, and pricing details
  • You understand that the booking is final and non-refundable
  • You can arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled slot time

Payment Issues

If you experience payment processing errors:

Double Charge Protection

If you're charged multiple times for the same booking due to a technical error, contact us immediately at support@tapnex.tech with proof of duplicate charges. We'll investigate and issue refunds for verified duplicate transactions only.

This only applies to genuine technical errors, not multiple separate bookings.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered ONLY in these specific cases:

  • Cafe Closure: If our cafe is unexpectedly closed during your booking time
  • Service Unavailable: If the booked game/service is not available due to our fault
  • Major Technical Failure: If our systems completely fail preventing service delivery
