TapNex (NEXGEN FC) is an on-premise sports venue. We do not ship or deliver physical products. All services are provided at our physical location where you can enjoy our professional gaming facilities in a premium environment.

Our business model is based on location-based sports venue services. Customers book tables online and visit our venue to enjoy:

Instant Confirmation
Receive booking confirmation via email and on your dashboard immediately. Your QR code will be generated for easy check-in.
Visit Our Venue
Arrive at the scheduled time (we recommend 15 minutes early). Our friendly staff will be ready to welcome you.
QR Verification
Show your booking QR code for quick verification. Fast, contactless, and secure check-in process.

Pricing & Platform Fees
Important information about pricing and applicable fees:
Platform Fee Notice
- A platform fee may be applicable on bookings for service maintenance, technology infrastructure, and operational costs
- The platform fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
- Platform fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the booking is cancelled
