Service Description

TapNex provides an online booking platform for gaming cafe slots, including:

• Online reservation of gaming stations and slots
• Selection of gaming titles and time slots
• Private and shared booking options
• Secure online payment processing
• Booking management and notifications

User Accounts

To use our booking services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Booking Policy

Reservation

• Bookings are subject to availability
• You must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced gaming time
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of booking

Payment

• All payments must be made online through Razorpay
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking
• All prices include applicable taxes

User Conduct

While using our platform and facilities, you agree to:
